Don't hate me because of these Valentines...go ahead, hate me. The big boys and I made these Valentines today.
I copied and tweaked the idea from Ucreate blog. Who knew that a miniature chocolate bar could fit perfectly inside of a matchbox! And while we worked on our Valentine project, Grant made 'paper soup' (he made that up himself). He cut and cut and cut scrap paper for probably close to 2 hours. I had to make him stop to eat dinner, then he was right back at it until his little hand just couldn't cut one more morsel for the soup. That's his little apron hung up on the wall behind him, he loves anything that has to do with cooking! Bon appetit!
Those are so freaking cute. The boys will be the hits of their classrooms for sure with those!
